Biography

Colombian Artist and Author. I was born in Ibagué, Colombia, and grew up surrounded by color, culture, and deep emotion. From a young age, I found comfort and freedom in art-drawing, painting, writing and performing poetry.

At the age of 33, I followed that inner calling and pursued a Fine Arts degree at Northampton Community College, graduating with honors. That experience helped me refine my style and expand my vision as an artist. My work is abstract and emotionally driven, often using primary colors: red, blue, and yellow as my personal signature. These bold tones bring energy and hope to my art and speak to the essence of my identity.

I love working with different textures and materials like sand, wood, tulle, cotton, feathers, and paper bringing layers and depth to each piece.

With each brushstroke my art invites viewers into her vibrant world,  telling stories through colors, forms, and textures.

In 2024, I published my first book, Painting My Life “ How Vitiligo Impacted My History.” A deeply personal memoir about living with vitiligo since I was four years old and talks about healing, self-acceptance, and learning to love myself just as I am.

Now, I’m preparing to release my second book on June 21st, 2025. El Actor “Cuando el Telón Cayó.”A collection of poems inspired by a true story. It’s about love, heartbreak, and the strength it takes to rebuild oneself after emotional loss. This new work is raw, poetic, and filled with truth. Through both painting and poetry, I hope to connect with others and I love
